How does the taster course work?

Explore parts of our courses for a one-off small payment with access for one month. If you like what you see and want to learn more, your taster fee can be deducted from your full subscription price for a limited period of time.

How often do you release new content?

Live lessons take place almost every week, with fresh content, student directed Q&A added frequently. New courses are added to the site frequently with fresh content added throughout the year. Only customers with a Live lesson subscription can view the latest courses as they are delivered. 

How many courses can I take at once?

Some of our courses can be intense and offer a lot of content. We do not recommend studying more than 2 or 3 courses at once. Whatever subscription you choose, you will have the option to enrol on any of our previously recorded courses, however you will ordinarily be expected to complete or unenrol from one course before enrolling onto another if you reach your maximum limit on simultaneous study.

What age groups do you support?

Our courses are intended for adults. The pace, advanced vocabulary and teaching style is not suitable for children. While there are no age limits or prior qualifications required to enrol on our courses, a minimum secondary school education with adult literacy is necessary to make the most of our courses. This includes those aimed at beginners.

What if I get stuck on a lesson?

Reach out to your tutor using the internal messaging system on your course page. Some Live courses also have active forums to interact with your tutor and peers. However, you may find live Q&A sessions most useful in accessing help on your course materials.

What if I cannot afford the subscription?

Failure to pay your monthly subscription may result in automatic suspension of your access to your course. However, if you anticipate difficulty paying your fees, contact our support team in advance to see if we can help or offer a grace period.

Recorded Courses

Previously delivered live, all course lectures are recorded and available to future students. You will have access to all relevant courses included in your subscription. Your tests and assignments will be marked and you can follow up with questions during live Q&A sessions with your tutor

Live Courses

Attend live lessons with your tutor and get access to the newest courses and exclusive new content delivered in real time at the earliest opportunity. Enrolment on live courses also includes open Q&A sessions live with a tutor.
